Music download
The music download store allows users to purchase individual tracks and whole EP’s in high quality 320kbps MP3 format. These are available at discounts of upto 45% on prices from main download stores such as beatport.
When purchasing digital download music, once you have completed payment you will receive a email with a download link. Open the link and download the track. Should you suffer a problem you are a allowed a second download from the same IP addressed computer within a set timeframe of 4 hours. After which the link will be void. This is to avoid sharing of links and fraud. If you have suffered an exceptional circumstance preventing you from downloading the music contact us and we will look to resolve the situation.
Bootlegs / DJ Tools – as we get going, you will also find random edits and bootlegs to purchase from the store, so keep your eyes peeled!
Clothing
All FFR clothing is all supplied by our fine friends at HoodyCo. These guys have taken the time to source super cool cut Tee’s and hoody’s that fit like they were tailored just for you. On top all are made with ethically sourced cotton, so you can be sure that no kids have been slaving in a sweatshop to make them. The only thing taboo is how good you’ll look!
Delivery
All music delivery is by digital download.
All our clothing is posted 1st class using Royalmail small parcel service, packaged tough recyclable plastic sacks, certain to protect your garments. As such you can expect your items to reach you within 3-5days within Europe, 5-8 days Rest of world, after posting.
Initial orders taken are subject to a week or two delay as there printed. Sorry about this but we are still assessing what people like and don’t style wise, so for a small indie label like us it’s not possible to print large volumes in advance. We’re looking to get this down to a couple of days once the initial orders are completed. Thanks for your patience, your support and enjoyment is the fruits for us…

RETURNS/ REFUNDS POLICY
We operate a no returns policy on music download service. Similarly we do not offer a return of fee for the music subscription service once purchased. At our discretion we may freeze the service if requested for a period of time before resuming.
For clothing we operate a Fourteen Day Returns Policy within which items may be returned for a refund of the cost of the item or an exchange providing they are in unworn, unsoiled condition, complete with attached tags, the original packaging and the purchase receipt/ info. Please make sure that your name and address are included and you will be refunded the price of the item within 7 working days.
Please note the following:
1. All return charges are the Customer's liability.
2. We will refund postage/ shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to return an order there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must also return the goods to us at your own cost to our returns department and we advise you to use Royal Mail Recorded or Registered Service and make sure that the goods are adequately packaged and insured during their return journey.
